About Me
At Fenwrick Coaching, leadership development and reinvention are not just professional interests - they are lived experiences.

Michael Fenwrick brings decades of leadership experience across both military and healthcare environments. His career began in the United States Air Force, where he served as a healthcare professional supporting mission readiness and patient care in high-responsibility environments.
Following his military service, Michael spent 17 years in the civilian healthcare field, including work in cardiology and surgical trauma—areas where clear thinking, teamwork, and strong leadership are essential.
Throughout these experiences, he witnessed something that appears in nearly every profession: highly capable people often reach moments in their careers where they begin to question what comes next.
Some feel ready for greater leadership.
Some feel the pull toward a new direction.
Others sense that their current path no longer reflects who they are becoming.
These moments are not signs of failure - they are invitations to reinvention.
Through Fenwrick Coaching, Michael now works with professionals, leaders, and individuals entering new chapters of life to help them develop the awareness, clarity, and confidence needed to move forward.
The Energy Leadership Index® Assessment is one of the most powerful tools he uses to help clients uncover the internal patterns that influence their leadership, decisions, and results.
Michael’s approach combines structured leadership insight with thoughtful coaching conversations designed to help clients see themselves—and their possibilities—with greater clarity.
Because meaningful change rarely begins with external strategies.
It begins with understanding how you show up in the world.

A Personal Invitation
If you are standing at a crossroads in your career, leadership journey, or life direction, the Energy Leadership Index® Assessment can provide the insight that helps illuminate your next step.
I would be honored to guide you through that process.
Thank you,
Michael A. Fenwrick
